Cunning Creative provides software development, consulting, and related digital services in the fields of Web3 and Web2 technologies. All deliverables are governed by the terms agreed upon during individual client engagements.
We accept payments via Crypto.com Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and fiat. Unless otherwise stated in a specific client agreement, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
All content and materials provided through the Services, including code, documentation, and designs, are the intellectual property of Cunning Creative or its licensors. Upon full payment, the client is granted the rights to use the deliverables as outlined in the individual project agreement.
You are not required to create an account to use this Site or access our Services.
You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site if we suspect misuse or violations of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Site or Services at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cunning Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
